Biography: Methuselah lived a normal life, from childhood through adulthood. He courted a maiden, whom he loved more than anything. One day she informed him that she was pregnant. Methuselah and the maiden were quickly and secretly wed, before announcing her pregnancy to anyone else.
During the night, they were one, officially, but their night of pleasure turned deadly. A Master Vampire and two others crashed their party. The leader took Methuselah's wife from him, as the two others held him back. Methuselah demanded to know what was happening, especially since, other than what appeared to be traitorous tears rolling down her cheeks, she was not fighting the Master Vampire's grip. He announced that the child was never Methuselah's, and that he was reclaiming what was his. The two other vampires beat Methuselah in his moment of weakness, leaving him for dead, until his wife pleaded to the Master vampire to let him live, as a wedding gift. The leader then turned him, before leaving him in the dark, alone, battered, bruised, bleeding, and bitten.
It was the longest night of Methuselah's life as he struggled on the brink of life and death until he was fully turned. When he had gathered enough strength, he fled, disappearing, unheard of for centuries.
